Password reset requires verification by sending a one-time security code to an alternate email address or mobile phone via text messaging. Your personal email address is automatically enrolled in SSPR at the time your Tulane user account is created.  You have the option to change this verification to use text messaging to your mobile phone.

I want to change my password reset verification method - Change or view where your password reset verification code is sent.  Log in with your Tulane user name and password when prompted. 

Important Reminder: Never share your personal information, such as:
  • Your Tulane Password
  • Your Tulane Student ID
  • Your Social Security Number
Technology Services will never under any circumstances request your password via email or non-Tulane website.
Any messages you receive that ask you for this information or direct you to a non-Tulane website that request this information should be ignored and deleted.
